What are you going to do?
You will prepare the next steps of the agile transformation to scale up and increase agile maturity within Allianz Benelux. You participate to the definition of a full set of agile learning content to bring our Allianz Benelux colleagues through the different levels of competency progressively (including workshops)
You will coach agile teams:
- The Product Owner (PO), as a servant leader, provides the Product Vision to the Agile Office Team. (The “What” and the “Why” related to the Agile Transformation at AZ Benelux)
- In order to define the Product Vision, the Product Owner maintains a close relationship and a community of purpose with Business Owners, actual users and other stakeholders across the Benelux Operating Entity and the Company
- The Product Owner is the voice of the stakeholders towards the Agile Office regarding the Agile Transformation.
- The Product Owner translates and sequences the Product Vision related to the Agile Transformation into the functional increments of value (Stories) which will be delivered by the Agile Office sprint after sprint.
- The Product Owner is responsible for maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Benelux Agile Office’s production within the larger Agile transformation across Benelux OE and at Company level.
- The PO has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the Benelux Agile Office and in ensuring the functional increments delivered meets the local user’s needs.
- The PO is the link between strategy and delivery. He is the transmission belt between Business Stakeholders and Customers and the Agile Office.
