Profile and Experience:
Other than that, having a general IT understanding (MainFrame, Client server) is of course essential. Previous experience in life insurance is a plus. Knowledge of common tools such as UC4, incident management tools (Service Desk Express, Service Now), TFS (Team Foundation Server) are advantages as well. The ideal candidate has high communication, coordination and simplification skills, can work well independently, and is very structured.
